Mr. Jones was handed my case from the public defender's office. Even though I wasn't the one who chose Mr. Jones I couldn't of picked a better attorney to represent me. Clark Jones did an excellent job on my case and through his diligence and past wins, we held important leverage over the D.A., gaining a favorable deal. Up until the last minute the D.A. was unsure of his chance at a victory in a crucial motion, that would have called for a dismissal of all charges.... My lack of trust in the judge making a "just" decision is the only thing that swayed me to making a deal. The odds of a total win was actually on our side, and even now, I believe we would have won, but it was a good deal. I hopefully will never need the honorable Mr. Jones' representation again, but, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a vigorous defense.
