Probably not. Disability law requires a disability. Although your diagnosis is scary, its probably not disabling.

You can lose your rights by failing to exercise them. Work out what you can. Or hire a lawyer to do it for you.

You need to see a lawyer ASAP. Generally a guardianship involves a determination of incompetency -- which makes your marriage questionable at least.
