Morgan graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif from the University of Arizona in 2008. After law school, Morgan worked for Sullivan & Cromwell in Washington, D.C. After moving back home to Missouri, Morgan joined the Missouri Attorney General's office. As an assistant attorney general, Morgan prosecuted various crimes across the state. Morgan then started the Ditch Law Firm to help individuals and families in central Missouri with criminal legal issues.
Morgan lives in Jefferson City with his wife and their two daughters.
