Biography
Timothy Cisar, born February 4, 1957, in San Antonio, Texas, has distinguished himself in Missouri's legal arena since his bar admission in 1983. He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (1979) and a J.D. from St. Louis University (1983). Timothy's experience as a Municipal Judge includes tenures in Lake Ozark (1985-89) and Eldon (2003-2013). Actively engaged in the legal community, he has been involved with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and served as Treasurer of Camden County Bar Association (1984-85) and a Miller County Representative for the 26th Judicial Circuit. A leader in the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, he was on the Board of Directors and served in various executive roles, including President in 2004-05. Timothy's legal ingenuity is further demonstrated by his completion of the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration's DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Program. He also participates in the National College for DUI Defense, underscoring his dedication to upholding high standards in criminal defense practices.
