Monica K. Spier was born and raised in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks and graduated from School of the Osage High School. Monica received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Woo Pig Sooie! Monica attended the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude and #1 overall in her class.

Monica is admitted to the Missouri Bar and is a member of the 26th Judicial Circuit Bar Association and Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Monica has worked in several different areas of the law, but most enjoys working on criminal defense and family law cases. Monica is a Missouri certified Guardian ad Litem.
