She is unresponsive and doesn’t communicate or update her clients well or in a timely manner. She speaks in litigation terms and wasn’t able to effectively communicate the next steps in my case or speak in terms ordinary people would understand. Her remote paralegal was responsive. The other side was... always a few steps ahead of us and she didn’t seem to have the ability to manage her workload effectively. Plus, her team is relatively new. From the moment I called the office, they weren’t able to confirm where her offices were located (although her website clearly indicates that she has an “office” in the appropriate county) and there were several other missteps along the way. She’s not apologetic and doesn’t take responsibility for delays caused by her actions. She is on the high side of rates in the area and quite frankly her billing rate is too high for the service received. Speaking as an attorney who has practiced twice as long as she has.
