If there's a way, Brett Day will find it!

I had a run in with McDonald county's "finest" and they pulled me over for no reason! They then gave me some bogus charges, arrested me, impounded my vehicle AND lost my firearm! David Abbot said he pulled me over for running a stop sign at the intersection of Patterson and Walnut.. Those two street...s never intersect! They run parallel to each other! During the search they found some weed in my purse, and claimed I was trafficking drugs! They charged me with class D felony drug trafficking in the second degree! I hired Brett Day who immediately took my case and told me it was clearly a case of illegal search and seizure and I had nothing to worry about. After a long drawn out ordeal, the prosecution kept postponing hearings and Brett started setting meetings with the prosecutor's office between hearings and began pointing out every mistake the police made, every flaw in the case, even got them to find my firearm. In August of 2018, Brett called me to tell me that my case was dismissed and ALL charges were dropped! Illegal search and seizure, for saying I ran a stop sign at an intersection that doesn't exist! Brett Day is awesome! I would and have recommended him to my friends and family.

Best Criminal Attorney in Newton County

Over the last ten years I have had the privilege of being represented by Mr. Day for various reasons. Brett has represented us in family court, criminal court, and traffic court with consistent results that far exceeded our expectations. It is Mr Day's extensive knowledge of "search and seizure" la...w, and our Fourth Amendment rights that prevented what would have been prison terms. This is just one of the many reasons why i can confidently say that if Brett Day is your attorney, you are being represented by one of the most knowledgeable and respected attorneys in S W MO who's integrity is impeccable. I would recommend Mr Day for any type of legal situation and feel confident that the results he provides will be the best possible outcome available. He understands that everyone is different, that bad things happen to good people, and this area is not known for high wages, his fees have always been reasonable and he has never failed to work with his clients to assure that they get the best quality representation they need without having to mortgage their souls to pay the bill. For myself and my family Brett Day is the ONLY attorney we need, Thanks for everything Brett.

No better criminal defense attorney in the Neosho area!

While there are several good attorney's doing Criminal Defense work, in the Neosho area, there aren't any I know of who have taken the time Brett Day has to build great relationships. Brett has a vast knowledge of the law and is unquestionably one of the most intelligent people I have ever encounter...ed, but that alone is not what makes him a great attorney. Brett knows the key to providing great criminal defense is to build great relationships with area Prosecutors. Building these relationships has allowed Brett to gain trust with the decision makers, who represent the State and Municipal Governments. This trust improves your chance of getting a better deal. I am in a unique position, as I have worked in the criminal justice field for many years. My work experience has allowed me to see Brett’s work product up close. He has a passion for all of his clients and demands they be treated fairly within the system. If you’re accused of a crime or traffic offense, Brett is the first call you should make! Brett treats all of his clients as “people”, not “suspects”. He values their life situations and for that reason I would recommend him to anyone!
