OUTCOME: Greencard Case approved

USCIS has been enforcing a policy to deny greencard applications for people who have registered late for NSEERS (aka Special Registration). I have been successful in arguing that late registration can ... not be the SOLE reason to deny a greencard application. Stay tuned for my upcoming article on this issue.
