My parents were trying to keep me from getting my daughter back. When I hadn't a clue they had convinced me that I needed to sign temp. Custody papers so they could have insurance on her. Well i was young knew no better wouldn't ever imagine they would have lied to me and come to find out it was guar...dianship wich meant I had to take them to court to get her back. So Tina did exactly that got my daughter back to me. So all these bad reviews I don't understand what happened but I know she was very busy but made time for me and even invited us out for dinner. Love this woman and this happened 17 years ago!

I hired Tina as my Divorce lawyer in 2016. Turned all my paper work in to her that my ex Wife's lawyer wanted for discovery. Never made it to his office nor did my income papers, needless to say my ex got a sanction and won everything. This attorney did nothing for me in the courtroom as the other... lawyer chewed her up and spit her out. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Tina Longnecker has helped my family numerous times! I have been able to recommend her to several families through out the past 10 yrs. of knowing her. Her rating on here does not show the true worth of this Attorney! She is no nonsense and she gets the job done. After reading these reviews, I wo...uld say those that are unhappy, were probably less than what she needed to represent. Not all cases are equal. I'm telling you from experience that this lady can and will get the job done, if you need a good lawyer! She is busy and that shows how many people recommend her!

Distracted and careless, there were repeated embarrassing errors in documents that the opposing side got to see. Despite efforts to have them corrected. The content and dialogue of our meetings with my attorney were relayed to her assistant/paralegal(s) completely wrong. My case was handled so drawn... out and sloppy that me and the other party dropped our attorney’s and sat down to dinner and hammered out all issues. What a waste of time and money.
