Thomas Parker Nocita

I began my legal career in St. Joseph, Missouri practicing family law, but quickly realized my true calling was in personal injury. I wanted to work in a field where I could lift people up during a difficult time rather than muddle in constant conflict. Personal injury allows me to focus fully on securing fair compensation for Kansas and Missouri clients who have been injured, whether through car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, defective products, or unsafe premises. I am also an active member of both the Metropolitan Bar Association and the St. Joseph Bar Association, which keeps me connected to the broader legal community.

What I enjoy most about this work is connecting with clients and guiding them through a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Over the course of a case, I take pride in being the person who can provide clear answers, direction, and, ultimately, results that make a difference.

Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new trails around Kansas City, taking road trips, and spending time with my cats. I also like going to the movies, tinkering with computers, and keeping up with the news—hobbies that keep me balanced and energized for my practice.
