Grace Spezia is a very sad excuse for an attorney. I don't know what she does but she takes money from families who have had the loss of a dear loved one, says she has drawn up the proper papers for transfer of deed and also said it was filed with the courts, three...yes...three years later we can't ...reach her, she won't return calls and the deed is still in our deceased loved ones name instead of the person it was left to. You should be ashamed to call yourself an attorney. We have taxes piling up, a deed in limbo and no money to pay someone else to handle this. This lady should be disbarred!
