Huge help to a good college kid and the parents of a good college kid!
Mr. Scroggie was a huge help to our college freshman who has never had even so much as a speeding ticket and was inappropriately accused of criminal charges. Mr. Scroggie helped explain to our college kiddo why we were in-fact not going to accept anything other than a complete dismissal of the charge...
