after a heater went out in the home during the winter, a client went to sleep in the car because the house was freezing. The police came and she was asleep in the back seat but the car was running. the ... y gave an OWI. there was no tire tracks (it was snowing) and we had a letter and bill from the heating and cooling company regarding the broken HVAC system.
