Do Not Hire! Will Steal Your Money!

After several months of no response from him he finally told me that he never turned in the paperwork to the court system. I complained and he said that he would refund me half of my fees and it's now been 3 years with no further responses or refund.

Do not hire!!

Ken would not return phone calls or emails he was always late to court hearings he was late turning in paperwork or sending out paperwork to me he did not keep me informed about my case and drug out a divorce longer than needed to be. I only hired him because he took payments I regret hiring him and ...now im $3500 lost.

Do NOT hire him!

Ken never returned my correspondence in a timely manner. At best it took weeks to get a reply to anything. He took weeks to send documents that had already been completed months prior and only needed to be re-signed... He NEVER gave any kind of status as to what was happening with the case. Stay... away!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2018
Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
