We’re a military family stationed in Germany and Last year in may 2020 we applied for my visa with this law firm, I felt very comfortable at first. I was told I’ll be well prepared for my interview and they help me with all of the paperwork. But I noticed after a while when I sent emails with questi...ons I hardly got any response. Sometimes I had to send out 2-4 emails a week or even call to get any response at all. However my case is a little more complicated and I needed a waiver. Versfeld and co told me they help me with the waiver and will send me everything I need to know and all the things they need from me etc ( I wanted to continue With them since they knew me and my situation ) … until this day I haven’t received anything no information and no answers to my questions. I had to hire a new lawyer and I’m FINALLY in good hands…. !!!!! I did let Versfeld know many times about how I felt and my concerns and they seem to didn’t care or take any action at all. One time I was so frustrated where I called the receptionist crying and told her on the phone how I felt. They did not prepare me for any difficulties that were lying ahead but had no problem taking money from a Soldier and his family nonetheless.

I'm not sure if its normal or not, but he sent off our 106a and after we asked several times about our court case being administratively closed he ignored us and waited till after our waiver was denied to close the case. He doesn't update us and does things without our knowledge. We don't even have ...any idea what is going on and he refuses to meet with us. He wants to do a phone conference, which doesn't work for us. Be aware save your money.
