Did not handle my case at all. Every time he told me something was taken care of it wasn't. Only communicated by text and that is we're the harassment continued. He made suggestive comments at our first meeting. Text messages always contained terms of endearment such as, sweetheart, honey, darlin...g and dear. Uncontested divorce and I finally released him after 5 months because the ex still had not been served. Yes, he had been paid his full fee of $1500.00. DO NOT USE THIS JERK. My next step is to go to the MO bar with the texts and other information.

I hired him to help me with my divorce & tickets. I lost everything! Custody went to abusive ex, lost house, 401k, life insurance, health insurance, family heirlooms, taken out of a will. Promised that "the judge will hammer" my ex & he'd have my divorce set aside. It's been over a year & he's done N...OTHING. He's taken my money & won't make appoinemts, answer calls or texts. IF you are lucky enough to get a response he'll tell you he's "in the hospital" or "working on a murder case". At this point I don't believe a single word. His office phone is frequently disconnected. I even met him one time at Harrahs Casino to pay him a little more to "get the ball rolling". Still nothing. I had also paid him $500 to take care of tickets (expired tags related to divorce) which he promised he'd taken care of. When I finally got him to answer his phone he said he had already taken care of it. I immediately called the courts & found out that he had not & that I now had a failure to appear along with a suspended license!

Do NOT use this man as your attorney. He not only misses scheduled appointments with clients, but is also even a no -show for Court dates! He promises you the moon, takes a lot of your money, but does as little as possible for you. He did not keep in touch with me at all as to what was going on, a...nd was highly unprofessional in conduct and even in the way he dressed, like he was ready to go golfing. I would not recommend Ryan Mcmillin to my worst enemy!
