A DUI/DWI is a complex process. What I know now is that it is also somewhat fluid. It really depends on what/when/where. You have two parts generally. The driving part, and then the court/criminal part. They both have to be resolved separately and will likely require different things to get your... license back. Steve was able to get my DOR/License issues to go away. For the court part we were able to get a reduced sentence. The real point is don't drink and drive. However if you make a mistake and get caught, don't go it alone. Don't think you will just accept your fate because you deserve it, or you think nothing can be done.
