Richard Carl Wiles

I strongly advise against working with Richard Carl Wiles. I have been a client since 2018, and my experience has been frustrating from day one. He failed to effectively advocate for me with the workers' comp insurance company or provide the necessary resources to pursue a medical malpractice claim, ...despite the clear nature of my case. There were serious failures in managing the financial aspects of my settlement. When my monthly checks stopped, he made no effort to reinstate them. Regarding the final settlement, he ignored the figure I requested and instead pushed for a number he came up with arbitrarily, which was insufficient. Furthermore, after the Medicare Set-Aside was decided, he completely failed to set up the required health savings account for those funds. For the past year, he has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact him regarding critical documents for disability and Medicare. If you are looking for a reliable attorney who will fight for you, look elsewhere.
