Kristi Celine Hartmann

An acquaintance of mine had referred Ms. Hartmann to me after a minor traffic incident and I have called on her since then for various reasons, from estate planning to family law and I have been met only with friendly, courteous, professionalism. What had been so overwhelming and daunting to me, aft...er having talked through it with Kristi suddenly didn’t seem so overwhelming. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Ms. Hartmann represented me in a divorce proceeding. She was thorough, persistent, and was able to reach the outcome that I wanted. I was also pleased with how fair her billing was, and at the end of the case, I received prompt payment of the refund on my retainer amount. I would and have recommend...ed her to others.

Ms. Hartmann has consulted me on several issues. Most recently, she advised me how to avoid probate in both Kansas and Missouri. She has been very helpful in the past with handling my son's civil issues between him and his landlord in Missouri. She is very knowledgeable and competent in different ...areas of civil law. I really appreciate all of her time and assistance with both consults and work I paid her to do for my son.

Kristi handled two matters for me, a child custody modification and a divorce. Her knowledge of family law proceedings was terribly lacking, and I'm working a year later to remedy the outcome of the modification. The work she did on my divorce was so sloppy that I had to work with her to refund my mo...ney (to her credit, she did issue a refund). The work in the divorce decree was so sloppy it held up the closing on the refinancing of my home and cost me additional time and attorney fees.
