Dr. Sam Cullan has a unique position in the world of personal injury representation as a medical doctor, trial lawyer, and engineer. As such he understands the intricacies of a personal injury or medical malpractice case. He has an intense passion for helping people of all ages who need someone to fight for them. but he has a special passion for helping injured children and the elderly. He has represented numerous children who have sustained brain and spinal cord injuries because of serious car crashes, medical malpractice, cerebral palsy, brachial plexus or other birth trauma. He is the Director of the Birth Trauma Litigation Section of the firm. He has represented many elderly people who could not find other lawyers to help them.
