Samantha Twiggy Lemke

Samantha Sicola is a skilled civil litigation attorney with experience representing clients at both the state and federal levels across a variety of practice areas, including insurance defense, employment law and personal injury. Samantha manages litigation matters from commencement through to trial, handling initial discovery procedures and negotiations with opposing counsel, always with the intention of creating solutions in alignment with her clients’ needs.

Samantha earned her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and began her career as a legal intern at the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile Division, where she was recognized with a Pro Bono Award for completing over 100 hours of pro bono work.

Prior to joining Dysart Taylor, Samantha served as an attorney at a national personal injury law firm with a focus on plaintiffs’ mass tort cases. Fluent in Spanish, Samantha represented clients in Spanish-speaking communities, providing exceptional service and solutions to their needs. Samantha is also a co-host of Ladies Who Law, a podcast and social media platform that provides insight into what it is like to attend law school and be in the legal field as a first-generation, female law student.

Samantha is licensed to practice in Missouri and Oklahoma.
