I am a founding partner of PEAK Litigation LLP, a commercial and tort law firm built on 21st century goals and ideals. We are a female-owned and female-controlled law firm committed to delivering outstanding results for clients using fee structures that provide clients with budget certainty.

PEAK does not believe in the billable hour. The billable hour drives a wedge between the goals of the client and the interests of the attorney while simultaneously crushing the attorney's soul. PEAK firmly believes humans were not placed on the earth to monitor their time in six minute increments. There is a better way.

I am a life-long Kansas City resident who has tried and won jury trials and commercial arbitration hearings. I love healthy debate and enjoy being in the courtroom. But I also know litigation is not about the attorney. ("We are not the show.") I therefore strive to settle clients' problems and understand the importance of achieving a resolution outside of the courtroom whenever possible.
