Matthew Allen Kentner

Matthew A. Kentner is a founding member of Kentner Wyatt, LLC. Matt began his career with David A. Kraft and Associates, LLC where he specialized in both commercial and consumer collections. He has represented creditors in over 2000 cases and knows the ins and outs of how creditors think and how they negotiate.

Matt received his degree in Entertainment Management with an emphasis in Sports Management from Missouri State University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the Vice President of the Entertainment Management Association his senior year. Matt is barred in the states of Missouri and Kansas and is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Matt grew up on a small dairy farm outside of Lamar, Missouri. He played 3 sports in high school and still loves to be involved in anything competitive. In 2011, Matt became a part of the Big Brother Big Sisters program and likes to spend time every week with his little Javion. Matt also coaches a women’s roller derby team called the Royal Pains. Matt also enjoys sports, competing in competition’s such as the Tough Mudder, traveling, and spending time with his fiancee, Kody.
