Biography
Since 2006 I have devoted my practice to criminal defense and civil litigation. On the criminal defense side, I have defended clients charged with everthing from traffic tickets to murder in municipal courts, county courts, state courts, and federal courts. I have litigated countless jury trials and bench trials defending clients charged with a wide range of criminal offenses. I have also litigated several jury trials and bench trials in civil matters ranging from domestic cases, property disputes, and personal injury matters. In addition, I have handled appellate cases in the Missouri Court of Appeals in the Western District, Supreme Court of Missouri, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
