Maggie advised and represented me in my child custody dispute. Maggie did an excellent job advising me of my rights as a father and parent. She also came up with a very successful strategy to help me throughout the litigation process. This strategy always kept my child’s welfare at the forefront. She... made sure that litigation stayed between the parents and never implicated my child. Her council ultimately culminated a successful judgment for myself and my child. Maggie was timely, very well prepared and offered excellent realistic legal advice. In my experience litigation is expensive. However, I felt I was always very fairly billed for Maggie’s time and council. She did a great job of consolidating emails, phone calls, and meetings to mitigate expenses. She also did a good job explaining and estimating the cost of my litigation. Maggie represented me in my custody case. She was very knowledgeable, but the need to win came before my actual vision. I spent more time and money than I had and won the battle but lost the fight. I barely get to see my son, but I got a quick jab in on my ex. In retrospect I wish I was advised to... compromise instead of fight.
