I have been practing employee rights and (relatedly) civil rights law for my entire legal career. Prior to becoming an attorney I worked as a human resources professional and have applied that experience to my work in employment law. As primarily an employment law attorney I have handled single plaintiff cases and class actions. I also provide consultation to employees who have questions about employer vaccine mandates. I provide a free initial case assessment. The amount of time for the initial assessment varies from case to case.
** Please note the civil rights category of law covers a wide scope of potential claims. I focus my practice in this area in claims arising out of the employment or eduction environment or from manditory vaccination requirements. At this time I am not accepting cases regarding civil rights claims arising from other legal violations.
