Biography
I have represented hundreds of plaintiffs in complex persional injury, wrongful death, product liablity, and medical neglicence cases since i graduated from UMKC Law School in 1989. I have handled numerous cases iinvloing serious personal injury or death resulting from automobile crashes, turcking wrecks, railroad crossing collisions, constsruction site injuies, natureal gas explosions, and medical negligence, amonng others. i have also hadled casee involvling environmental contamination, insurance disputes, the Federal False Claims Act (whistleblower qui tam actions), and class actions.
Prior to becomming a lawyer i spent ten years as a professional archaeologist where i conducted excavations in surveys in primary in the Kansas and Missouri.
