Jessica Marie Norris

Partner in Denton's Corporate Practice Group, resident in the Kansas City office, Jessica has represented clients in over $5 billion in completed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and debt financing transactions. Jessica's practice is global in scope, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, succession planning, debt finance (senior and mezzanine), complex commercial transactions, corporate governance and compliance, securities regulation and general corporate law.  Jessica serves as general counsel for a number of privately-owned companies, both domestic and international, in a broad range of industry groups, including health care, food and beverage, environmental testing, revenue cycle management, online education and certification, insurance and heavy industrial manufacturing.
