For several years I worked in insurance defense, defending the insurance companies in personal injury, employment, and worker's compensation matters.  I grew tired of seeing people with legitimate claims being nickled and dimed to protect a company's bottom line.  I was able to leave that world, and now I work for individuals.  I understand how adjusters and their attorney think about, and evaluate cases.  Even more importantly, how they value them.
