Chris is on a litigation team that represents a putative class of customers taking out payday loans sold by the following banks: Bank of Albuquerque, Bank of Arizona, Bank of Arkansas, Bank of Kansas C ... ity, Bank of Oklahoma, Bank of Texas, and Colorado State Bank and Trust. The lawsuit alleges that the customers of these banks who obtained FastLoan payday loans were charged annual percentage rates grossly in excess of the rates represented in the FastLoan agreements. The Court appointed Stueve Siegel Hanson as Interim Class Counsel to manage the litigation prior to a ruling on class certification. The case is currently in active litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
