No they are not admissible although police sometimes ask suspects to agree to take them.

It is a prior conviction of a municipal ordinance only and would matter only as to punishment. Most likely a 23 year old prior for a dog case would...

He gave you a break seatbelt ticket has no impact on your license but a speeding ticket could and impact your insurance as well.

If you get 8 points in 18 months in Missouri you get suspended. 12 points in a year you get revoked. City speeding tickets are 2 points, highway...

The court should not hold the inability to pay against you. If you were able to pay and not doing so that would be a different situation.
