The person who is represented by the attorney can complain, but that is not your lawyer so you cannot complain. You have no standing.

I was arrested for DWI, I refused breathalyzer but asked for an attorney twice but was denied. PCS backs this up-Is this valid?

Hire an attorney immediately and have attorney file a 577 petition regarding the refusal of breathalyzer.

Your attorney can file a motion to set aside the guilty plea but it is up to the Judge whether or not to grant it.

The fine is steep but amending a speeding ticket to littering is strange usually it is amended to defective equipment.
Caught shop lifting under $10 from Walmart, wasn't arrested just told that a fine would come in the mail, how much will fine be?
