You are looking at a probation violation and the judge can impose sentence on the SIS which could result in not only a conviction but incarceration...

My husband was offered a deal where if he plead guilty the charge would be lessened to a misdemeanor. It shows up now as felony?

If a warrant is served it is cancelled; however bond would have to be posted to be released.

It sounds like a destruction of property to charge to me not assault. If it is your property too the charge would not stick.

No you should not communicate with the judge that is why you hire an attorney. Your attorney can present your circumstances to the court.
