Thomas Fleming Ralston

For more than a decade, Tom has been fighting for people in their discrimination, harassment and personal injury cases. The son of a former Federal judge, Tom began his career in law twenty years ago working as an investigator for one of the country’s best personal injury attorneys. In 2004, Tom began working for another of the country’s top plaintiffs’ attorneys working up cases, tracking down witnesses, and conducting investigations on clients’ employment discrimination and harassment cases.

After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2008, Thomas Ralston was fortunate again to work side-by-side with another of the country’s best on discrimination and harassment cases. During that time, he tried multiple cases in front juries in both state and federal court. He argued before the Appellate Courts, and last year was named a 2015 Super Lawyer and voted best lawyer in Kansas City by the readers of the Pitch newspaper. Earlier this year, Thomas started his own firm, Ralston Law.  His experience and commitment to clients is here to help you, a loved one, or family member.
