Biography
After spending 13 years of practice representing large corporate employers in employment disputes, in Fall 2003 I founded Employee Rights Law Firm -- Law Offices of Mark A. Jess, LLC. We exclusively represent individuals -- whether front-line workers or executives -- in whistle-blower, retaliation and discrimination lawsuits.
We are located in the historic Livestock Exchange Building in Kansas City, Missouri (near Kemper Arena and connected to the Golden Ox Steakhouse).
I am honored and privileged to be the voice for those who have been severely and illegally wronged.
In my spare time I enjoy music, literature, politics, hiking and horseback riding.
