Kirk helped me with a wrongful termination case

You want your Lawyer to care as much about your case as you do. Kirk Rahm is the rare lawyer that does exactly that. Kirk will give you a forthright assessment of your case in your first meeting. If you agree to pursue litigation I can tell you there will be no half measures taken on your behalf. Com...munications with you and your opposition will be extensive and documented. Legal research will be thorough. Witnesses will be treated with respect and every effort will be made to obtain a good outcome on your behalf. Should your case proceed to trial, you are in good hands. Kirk's trial experience will be invaluable to you from the beginning of your case to the end. Kirk helped me with a complicated wrongful termination case that involved thousands of documents, numerous briefs, and trial preparation that included 24 depositions, including some uncooperative witnesses in which we obtained a very good outcome. Trustworthy, competent, dogged, respected and effective are just a few ways I would describe Kirk.
