You may be able to. Ask for a refund and if they don't give it back you can file a case in small claims court.

Taking a polygraph is not part of "treatment". The entire purpose is to see if the person is committing crimes.

It means the prosecuting attorney is going to call witnesses for the bond hearing, or maybe for later in the case.
