You need to take proof that you don't have any money. Paystub, bank statements, something. Be honest.

A 14 year old can testify in court or talk to the judge in private. The Judge will decide.

It's not that simple. The charge is reinstated and your lawyer has to make a new deal with the prosecutor. They drug test on probation as well.
