The State is claiming you lied while under oath. They will have to prove you were lying. Get a public defender or hire a lawyer.

Wow. Oldest warrant I've seen served in nearly 17 years of practice. Prosecutor may/should dismiss that.

Sounds like a scam. Show the letter to a lawyer. Feds don't get involved in not returning rental property.
