I tell my client's not to pay that all the time. You should get a lawyer for the stealing charge, however, and ask them about the letter.

Statutory rape in Kansas is for children under 16. You're not under 16 so you should be good to go.

They could. But be honest with your PO. And it will be hard for them to say you refused when they actually searched the car.

It should be. Call your lawyer or the District Attorney's office and ask if you can apply for diversion. Then get the application done asap.

Hire a lawyer or pay the ticket. If you pay the ticket it may affect your driver's license and insurance.

Yes, being pulled over will be proof that you were driving and your probation can be violated.
