If the Court catches it - which they usually do - the Judge will suspend your probation, meaning you're stuck on it, until you pay.

Tell the truth, usually they wont count the first one against you because you could have smoked before you went on probation. Better quit now...

Yes, it's a very serious crime that would most likely send him to prison and he would be a sex offender for life.
