Chase traveled nearly 200 miles round trip to be co-counsel to the attorney that I hired at no additional charge. He was brilliant in using collateral estoppel in my family law case when my son's abusive father tried to use the court to gain access to private medical information that had previously b...een litigated. Needless to say, the opposing party eventually dropped their motion to modify when they realized they couldn't win.
