DISAPPOINTED
WE HIRED LISA TO HELP US GET GAURDIANSHIP OF OUR GRANDCHILDREN. SHE TOLD MY WIFE IF IT WAS UNCONTESTED IT WOULD BE $1500 AND $2500 IF IT WAS CONTESTED. WE GOT THE PARENTS TO SIGN OFF SO IT WASN'T CONTESTED. AND WE HER $1500 THEN SHEA ASKED FOR ANOTHER $500. WE WENT TO COURT AND WERE IN AND OUT IN LES...

Replied last November 28, 2018Unfortunately, due to attorney client privilege and the fact you were not my client, I am unable to properly and/or fully address your complaints without being in violation of that privilege. In regards to the telephone conference you and I had last week, I never called your wife a liar nor would I ever. I am quite surprised to hear that you yourself were unhappy with my representation of your wife as this is the first I am hearing of it. I wish you had addressed any concerns you had with me when they arose.
