You need to take him back to court where you got divorced. I don't know if that is Missouri or NC.

This is not going to work. This is not a fill in blank deal. You need a lawyer to get the adoption done.

I don't understand your question. A step mother is not a party to your divorce. She can not be compelled to provide health insurance.
