If it were possible to give less than one star I would. After paying the initial fee to retain her services and providing the required paperwork, I had to repeatedly call and leave messages just to receive ANY response. I made numerous appointments to meet with her. She was consistently late. Not a ...few minutes, not 15 minutes. We’re talking over an hour late. This went on for far too long and then came my court date. Her office called the night before court and demanded an additional $1500 over the phone or else she would not represent me in court. No itemized bill and no other explanation except that I either pay that amount or she would not be in court the following day. Did NOT incorporate the things I requested prior to the court date. Absolutely unbelievable. The only accomplishment was getting the divorce, which would have happened without her. She had no regard for any of the specifics or reasoning. Just wanted money. Very frustrating! After spending the money to retain her services, it was too late and I didn’t have the resources to start over with a new attorney. Very thankful my kids are old enough that I didn’t have to rely on her to fight for custody. To say she was distracted and lacking in professionalism is a gross understatement!
