I am a member of the Bars of Missouri and Kansas, and the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas federal courts. I have tried to verdict both civil and criminal antitrust cases. I argued and won an antitrust standing case before the United States Supreme Court. I acted as one of the lead counsel in multiparty antitrust litigation. I have also tried unfair competition, tortious interference, RICO and trademark infringement cases.

In addition to litigating and enforcing contracts, I counsel clients about contracts they have entered into or are considering. Sometimes this involves helping them negotiate or draft contracts. Often, litigation is a possibility that the client must address.

My practice includes intellectual property litigation. I do not file or prosecute patents, copyrights, or trademarks myself.
