Monte C. Phillips

Wow after I just read the past review.. I can see that this must be a common occurrence at the law office of Monte Phillips... Back in in 2009 I thought I hired Monte to file my claim for TBI... Over the past 5 years I nothing has been done.... every year like clockwork I call the office to see how w...e stand... and last time I talked to his Secretary I was informed that I needed to have my doctor fill out a new form because the one on file was 4 years old... Now I'm starting to think from the precious post that my case probably hasn't been filed.. I have sense tried to contact his office to get this ball rolling and instead if getting a call back I received an email that he gave my case to another law firm.. Its been a few months and now I just want to find out who has it... they won't return my calls.. I guess i'm going to have to write the MO bar association and hopefully they can get him to respond... I have sense been permanently retired from the Army with a combat rating for traumatic brain injury which I would think would make my case now a no-brainer... hopefully whoever has it now won't take another 5 years to get some sort of compensation if in fact there is another attorney who has it. God only knows..
