The staff is RUDE, uncooperative, fails to keep clients informed of the status of the case, refuses to allow contact with the attorney and doesn't provide documents which are crucial to the case. The divorce actually required me to go to the courthouse and request a copy of my judgment. This is aft...er the attorney was rude to me and bad-mouthed my son to my face because my minor son got caught in the middle and didn't respond the way the attorney expected him to. I was eventually awarded my house, child support and half of my ex's retirement. I have yet to receive the quit claim deed, any child support or my portion of the retirement plan. Every time I try to find out the the status, I am told "we're working on it." They've been working on it for 5 months now. When I contacted the office about a criminal/civil rights case for my brother-in-law, I wasn't even given the opportunity to schedule a consultation and the receptionist was completely rude and hung up on me when I was trying to explain the case. DO NOT count on this attorney's office to be on your side but you can expect them to want money almost every time you contact them.
