Paid 100 bucks for half hour consultation. Am fighting for child custody and tried to tell him the history of my case. I never did feel comfortable being wore down with the months of not seeing my child. He seemed very arrogant and pretty much called me a liar when I told him my experience with anot...her lawyer. Tried to explain my case but he seemed to act like he done knew everything. Anyway in the first 10 minutes of meeting him I knew it was a waste of my time.

I was referred to this lawyer by a aunt of a friend of mine. He seemed like a great knowledgeable attorney that said that I wasn't going to be fine and wouldn't be in much trouble for the first and only possession charge I was facing in my entire life. That is until, I paid him in full much more than... any other lawyer would of asked for on the particular case. After this he was horrible about informing us on changing of our court dates and was always late when the actual court dates were time to tend to He acted like he knew what was going on, but as our case went on I realized he never gave my case a second look. I had never been in trouble and had no idea of how the legal system went. I paid him to inform me as counsel right? Well long story short he walked in and cornered me into taking the first horrible plea bargain the DA offered. After meeting with another lawyer on a DUI case I realized how of a horrible lawyer Glaus is and I wouldn't recommend this counsel to anyone, unless your looking to throw your money away. I could of went in myself and pleaded guilty and got the maximum sentence without giving him 3k.
