Judge won't drop an ex parte?

You need to let the judge know how you feel when you appear in front of him.

Is a coworker who only seeks affairs with married women at the work place considered a sexual preditor?

How is he creating an unsafe work environment by having sex with women who agree to have sex with him?

Does the Prosecuting Attorney have any influence when it comes to an ex-parte being dropped?

The prosecutor has no control over your order of protection, but he does over the criminal charges. He could ask the court to make it a condition...

You should call the DMV and ask them. I would assume there would be a reinstatement fee.

Discredit an officer.

It is possible to challenge the officer, but you need an experienced criminal defense attorney to do so. You can find one on this site.

You could call the court in the jurisdiction that claims to have a warrant for you. That should clear it up for you.
